Winnipeg’s Kaley Tallon was literally born into the business – her Dad owned restaurants, bars and catering operations, so she was comfortable in the front and back of house from an early age. But a bartending gig at the age of 18 convinced her of her passion for the excitement, fast pace and creativity of the bar, and she hasn’t looked back.

At Hy’s, Kaley loves sharing the interactive digital wine menu or the extensive whiskey list – special extras that elevate the guest experience and open up great conversation and loyalty. And as an avid sports enthusiast and Jets-lover, she’s thrilled to count NHL stars and coaching staff as regulars at her bar. We may lose her one day to greater fame – she’s a talented singer and guitar player who’s a regular at the local Le Garage Café.
