Hy’s Calgary Stampede Breakfast to support the Calgary Firefighters Burn Treatment Society
- Posted In
The Calgary Stampede may be taking a break this year, but Hy’s Steakhouse is still celebrating. Physically distanced, of course.
On Friday July 10th, from 10 am to 3 pm, drop in to Hy’s and enjoy a full sit-down Stampede Breakfast. The fan-favorite breakfast, traditionally served buffet-style outside on Stephen Avenue, is moving indoors. For a minimum donation of $5, guests may enjoy Hy’s now famous Prime Beef Hash & Eggs, orange juice, and fresh-brewed coffee or tea, served with true Stampede hospitality. Doors will open at 10 am sharp, and tables are sure to be in high demand.
The Hy’s team looks forward to this event every year, and they weren’t about to give up on this favorite summer tradition. “We have been proud to support the Calgary Firefighters Burn Treatment Society for many years with our Stampede breakfast,” said Barb Steen, Hy’s Steakhouse and Cocktail Bar General Manager. “We wanted to make sure that the charity was still able to receive the funds they need to carry out their life-saving work.”
100% of the breakfast proceeds support the work of the Calgary Firefighters Burn Treatment Society, improving the outcome and quality of life for those affected by burns and severe skin injuries. Always a highlight of the event, the Calgary Firefighters will be on site throughout the day to thank guests.
