On May 4, more than 125 people sampled Clase Azul tequila and delicious Hy’s hors d’oeuvres with proceeds going to the John Aisenstat Memorial Scholarship.

100% of proceeds go to the scholarship, offered through the Vancouver Community College, to help to support future industry leaders pursuing careers in the hospitality industry.
