This year’s VCC/John Aisenstat Memorial Award fundraiser was a great success.

Hy’s Vancouver welcomed guests and friends to the annual event on February 22 where they enjoyed libations featuring Roku gin (courtesy of Beam Suntory) and delicious Hy’s hors d’oeuvres.

Through ticket purchases and donations, this year’s event raised $13,700. Thank you to all who attended and donated.

The John Aisenstat Memorial Award at Vancouver Community College is offered to students in the Culinary Arts and Hospitality schools. 100% of proceeds go to help to support future industry leaders pursuing careers in the hospitality industry. To make a donation click here.
